If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted if the product is in its original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within the 7-day window, and our representative will arrange for the product to be collected.
Once Drazzel receives the returned product, the refund process is initiated promptly. Refunds are transferred back to the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to provide their bank details to facilitate the refund.
Orders at Drazzel can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. In such cases, customers are encouraged to check the delivery status and act promptly.
To cancel an order before dispatch, customers must contact Drazzel's customer service team as soon as possible. The team will assist in processing the cancellation efficiently if the request is made before the product is dispatched.
Drazzel reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. If such a cancellation occurs, customers are informed beforehand, and a full refund is issued to the original payment method used.
Cancellations after the product has been dispatched are not allowed. However, in exceptional cases where the order has not been approved or processed, Drazzel may cancel the order after prior intimation and refund the entire amount to the customer.
