Return and Refund Policy:

Eligibility: All customers are entitled to return products within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality, freshness, or quantity of the product.

Conditions for Return:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the time of delivery.
• The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Process: If you are dissatisfied with a product, you can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. The product will be collected by our representative.

Refund Method: Once we receive the returned product, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be transferred back to the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will need your bank details to process the refund.

Usage of Refund: The refund amount can be used to purchase any product on Drazzel's website.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before the product is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: Drazzel reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. If an order is cancelled by us, the customer will be informed prior to the cancellation, and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Method for Cancellations: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly and will be credited back to the original payment method used by the customer.

Cancellation after Dispatch: Please note that once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained. However, in exceptional cases where the order has not been approved or processed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order after giving prior intimation and refund the entire amount back to the User.
