Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. GENERAL

1.1 The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Drazzel - The Dry Fruits Hub's Terms of Use. Users acknowledge that these terms of shipping and delivery charges are limited to direct sale by the Company. Users must ensure that the shipping address is complete, true, and accurate to ensure timely delivery of Products.

1.2 Drazzel - The Dry Fruits Hub provides shipping and delivery of Products nationwide, excluding Non-Serviceable Zones. We partner with leading logistics service providers to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience for our customers.

2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

2.1 By using the Drazzel - The Dry Fruits Hub website and/or initiating a purchase request, users agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. Users are advised to review this Policy along with the Terms and Conditions before transacting on the website.

3. TIMEFRAME FOR SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

3.1 Products are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding public holidays or unforeseen operational circumstances. 3.2 Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days from the date of order placement. 3.3 Users receive order details via email and SMS upon dispatch.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

4.1 Shipping fees and delivery charges are as follows:

A. On Invoice value:

  • For invoices up to ₹999: ₹50 shipping charges
  • For invoices above ₹999: No shipping charges

B. On Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • On any order value: ₹50 COD fee applies
  • On order value above ₹2000: COD not applicable

C. Additional discount of 3% on all prepaid orders (subject to terms & conditions).

5. PLACE OF DELIVERY

5.1 Drazzel - The Dry Fruits Hub ships and delivers Products across India, excluding Non-Serviceable Zones. 5.2 Users are notified if an area is deemed unserviceable at the time of order placement.

6. METHOD OF SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

6.1 We partner with third-party logistics service providers for Product shipping and delivery. 6.2 Users receive Logistics Partner details via registered email upon order processing. 6.3 In case of User unavailability, multiple delivery attempts are made. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled, and refunds processed as per policy. 6.4 Users may reschedule delivery before dispatch by contacting customer care.

7. DELAY IN DELIVERY

7.1 Delivery may be delayed due to Force Majeure Events or unforeseeable circumstances. 7.2 Users are notified of delays via registered email. 7.3 The Company is not obligated to compensate for delays.

8. ORDER TRACKING

8.1 Users receive a unique tracking ID upon order processing. 8.2 The tracking ID enables users to track delivery status and estimated time. 8.3 Accuracy of tracking status may vary due to technical issues.
